The National Indoor Arena was the venue for the latest NIA Live Meet tonight. The 600s proved attractive to Clonliffe athletes with Cian Bolger finishing a battling 3rd place in the A race (1.28.29). In the B 600 Eleanor Alexander was a class apart as she opened a substantial gap on the first lap to win in 1.38.59, in the race behind Ally Fernandez was strongest holding off the pack to finish 2nd (1.46.94) with the fast finishing Hannah Browne also putting in a good race in 5th place (1.48.93).
The 200 featured Keith Pike and Isreal Ibeanu, both looking to stretch their legs for the first time since the Summer, Keith was 2nd (23.70) with Isreal 3rd (23.76). Declan Power lined up for his first indoor race in the 3000B and had a good run finishing 1st in a time of circa 9.16.
