There was a Clonliffe double win recorded in Longwood, County Meath this morning. Gary O`Hanlon wound up his Dublin Marathon preparations with a win in the 10K in 31.51 and Ian Guiden recorded a win in his come back race in the 5k in a time of 16.10, some 45 seconds clear on a hilly course. Also running, again in his comeback was Conor McGuinness 4th in the 10k in 33.13 with Conor Healy 5th 33.44.
