Brian Gregan safely negotiated his way through the 400 heats this morning at the European Championships in Amsterdam. Running in heat 3 Gregan recorded a time of 47.02, 11th fastest of the day and will line up in the semi finals tomorrow.
Thursday: Declan Murray went out in the 800 semis, 20th fastest, in 1.50.10.
