Overnight, March 31st, Aaron Hanlon ran almost 15 seconds inside the European U/23 10,000 qualifying standard with a six second PB of 30.00.24. Running in the San Francisco State Distance Carnival 10,000 Aaron placed 12th his time was comfortable inside the European standard of 30.15.00 for the U/23s which take place in Bydgoszcz, Poland from July 13th to 16th. Aaron`s time places him 18th on the Clonliffe all time list a little over a second behind Danny McDaid.
Also in the US Clonliffe`s Jill Maloney threw 39m in the Javelin.
