Ian Guiden enjoyed a fine win in the St. Coca’s 5k Road Race in Kilcock, Co. Kildare on Friday night, June 30th in a new pb of 14.38, almost 30 seconds clear of the chasing pack. Sean Doran was also in good form almost equalling his pb, 14th in 15.54.
Thursday night in the Clonee 10k Declan Power was 5th (and 1st O/45) with a time of 32.48.
Missed during the week was Thomas Sherlock finishing 3rd on Tuesday in the BHAA Trail Race in the Phoenix Park.
