There was a cracking run by Eoin Pierce at this evening`s Irish Milers Club Meet at the Mary Peters Track in Belfast. Piercy won the 1500m in a new PB of 3.47.10. In the women`s 3000 there was a brave run by Hope Saunders chasing the European junior qualifying time, although someway off the QT, Hope took the win in 9.57.64.
