As the cross country runners prepare for the Dublin Championships hosted by Clonliffe in Santry Park in three weeks time and race in the Autumn xc tomorrow and the Marathon runners focus on Dublin in a fortnight it’s pretty quiet today. As aways there are, however, Harriers in action and today a few took in the Poppintree Parkrun where Ryan Sheridan was 1st (18.13) with Andrew Gaffney 3rd. Also in the field Carl, Mick, Ben, Diarmuid to name a few.
Also winning the morning’s parkrun in Donabate was Paul Keenan, 4th Stephen Ryan, 5th Peter Bissett with Siobhan McCarthy 3rd woman.
