Another Clonliffe man has been called into European Indoors action. Kristaps Valters will compete for Latvia in Prague making him the 4th Clonliffe athlete in this year`s European Indoor Championships. Kris has been called as a result of his 1.52 recorded in the Latvian Nationals over the weekend and will line up in the 800 along side fellow Clonliffe man Declan Murray. Also selected for Ireland are Dara Kervick in the 400 and 4 x 400 relay and Timmy Crowe also in the relay. The 33rd European Indoors get underway on Friday week March 6th.
