Efrem Gidey finished 19th in a World class field in this morning’s Valencia 10K recording a time of 27.56, a new PB. The race was won by Jacob Kiplimo (UGA) in 26.48.
Closer to home Niall Carbery was 3rd in the Ace 5k Drogheda road race in 16.22.
Sean Doran was also 3rd in the Ferrycarrig 5 mile, Co. Wexford in 26.39. The previous day Sean won the 6k Bank of Ireland BHAA cross country in Tymon Park.
