Luke Lennon Ford made a big return to form last night at the Nuneaten night of 400 pbs at the Pingles Stadium, Warwickshire winning in an excellent 46.59. That was Luke’s fastest 400 in some 8 years.
Unfortunately the news is not so good from the USA where Cathal Doyle was eliminated in the NCAA semi finals after placing 8th in heat 1 in 3.42.56.
