Alannah Cooley knocked some 4 seconds off her 1500 pb at tonight’s penultimate graded meet of the season in Morton Stadium.
On a warm summers evening Alannah put in a superb run in the A race placing 2nd in 4.48.77
The Hoss took a win in the 1500 A race 2 in 4.10.6. Eoghan Murphy was 2nd in B1 in 4.25.09. In the elimination mile Stephen Cashin avoided elimination making it to the finish line in 2nd place (4.44.01).
Finally in the throws Fracis Mansfield through the discus 14.97m and in the shot recorded 4.73m.
The final grade meet is in Tallaght on August 7th
