Pat Bonass, the sole Clonliffe representative at the European Masters in Ancona, Italy added brilliant team cross country silver to his medals collection this morning. Pat placed 8th in the O/70 5,000m cross country and together with Frank Reilly 3rd and Sean McMullin 7th the Irish team were runner up behind the host country to take silver with Norway occupying the bronze position. This has been the most successful Masters championship to date for the Irish Masters winning a great haul of medals to place 10th on the medals table.
