The National U/20 and U/23 Championships took place in Tullamore today. Sean Cronin took U/20 bronze in the 1500 won by the exceptional Nick Griggs. Sean ran a good tactical race, pulling away from the pack, after the lead 2 were gone, and held off the pack to take well deserved bronze in 3.58.21.
In the U/23s Sarah Bateson was 10th in the 1500 in 4.50.80. Anna Heavey was 4th in the 400 (60.84). In the 800 Oren Kenny was 8th, 2.02.80.
