Despite the best efforts of storm Darragh the Jingle Bells 5K went ahead this morning in the Phoenix Park, it was however a tad windy! Stephen Cashin, a week after his half marathon debut, had another fine run finishing 2nd to John Travers (Donore), in a time of 15.12. At last nights Medieval mile run in Kilkenny Dmytro Moyseyve ran his 4th race of the week finishing 23rd in 5.10, on Wednesday at the track and Field live series in Athlone he clocked 2.13.78 over 800 and also 5.04.26 in the mile, both indoors. He also of course competed in the national novice cross country last Sunday.
