Good to report that Luke Lennon-Ford has gotten some decent runs under his belt of late both over 400 and 200. Last Saturday, May 29th Luke was 1st in the 400 at Dagenham Arena, London in 47.90. A couple of days earlier May 26th over 200 at the Lee Valley Open in London he was 4th (21.99) and on May 23rd in the Loughborough International was 6th also over 200 in 22.03.
Also in England tonight Liam Roarty was 12th in the Wimbledon 3000 in 9.24.58.
