Cathal Doyle set a new Clonliffe club record in Nice on Saturday evening of 3.34.31 finishing in 3rd place. Cathal’s time bettered Niall Bruton’s long standing record by well over a second and places him 6th on the Irish all time list. It is also only 0.8 of a second off the Olympic QT. He races again during the week and next weekend.
