The Armagh International 5k took place this evening on a damp cold night. Unfortunately Efrem Gidey was a late withdrawal however the club still had representation at this top quality event. Ben Coughlan ran 15.00 finishing 131st with Stephen Cashin 143rd (15.04). In the 3k race Mahed was 16th in 9.03, Cian Murray 66th, 9.38 and Ryan Sheridan 70th also in 9.38. The guys were rewarded for these fine runs by taking 3rd place team.
