The Dublin graded series continued on a beautiful early summer’s day at UCD today. The men’s 1500, mixed A and B grades featured a great Clonliffe battle in which Jack Maughan prevailed in a time of 4.05.71. Lorcan Benjacar ran 4.06.68, Oren Kenny 4.17.58 and Stephen Lyons 4.38.96. In the men’s 100 Conor Wilson was 6th in grade A (11.81). In grade B Kenji Miyauchi was 2nd (11.69) with Michael Deady 6th (12.31). Emily Jachna finished 1st in the 100 grade D in a time of 14.01 and more importantly took Dublin championship silver. Christopher Lynch was 2nd in the high jump with a best of 1.60m. Jack Maughan was back out then again at the end of the evening finishing 4th in the grade C 400 (53.78) , likewise Christopher Lynch finishing 6th (54.39).
The next of the graded meets is 21st featuring 800, 200, 5000, Hammer, Triple Jump and Discus.
