Clonliffe Harrier Liam Roarty was in PB form yesterday for Sunderland Harriers as he took some 40 seconds off his 10K road pb recording a time of 34.53. Sunderland were victorious in Town Moor, Newcastle winning the HEATON MEMORIAL 10K CHAMPIONSHIP. Liam place 18th overall and was 3rd scorer for for Sunderland. Next up for him is the North East XC Championships in Sedgefield, Durham on December 12th.
