There were two huge pbs recorded by Clonliffe junior athletes at last night’s first Graded Meet of the year in Morton Stadium. Finishing in 1st and 2nd places in the A 3000 Daniel Stone ran 8.44.74, a 25 second pb, and Ben Guiden 8.50.20, a 29 second pb.
Other results Thomas Sherlock 9.13.29, 5th in the same 3000. In the 800 Fionn Carroll was 1st in the A race in 2.01.67, 7th Jarlath Jordan 2.05.75 and in the B race Shaun Conaghan 2.08.44. In the Hammer Simon Galligan was 1st 56.75m. Frances Mansfield in the 3kg hammer 16.42m.
