The Clonliffe senior men continued their good form on the roads at this morning’s National 10 Mile in the Phoenix Park winning the team title.
On a beautiful Summer’s morning the team was lead home by Karl Nolan 8th (55.40), Tom Sherlock 57.25 and Ger Kirwin 58.08. The results show Clonliffe 1st 38 points, Donore 2nd 60, Raheny 3rd (61 points). Anto Doran was just off the scorring three with a 59.14 run. Also in the field was Orla Deighnan 79.22.
At yesterday’s North Belfast Harriers Afternoon of Miles Jonny Whan was 7th in the elite mile in 4.06.37.
Sunday evening Laura Tuite was 3rd woman and 22nd overall in the Dunleer 4 mile in 24.59 on a tough hilly course in soaring temperatures.
