Several of the Clonliffe middle distance athletes took in tonight’s Dublin graded 1500 in Tallaght on what was a fine night for athletics. An excellent run by Ben Guiden in the A race saw him continue on his season of collecting PBs as he took 6 seconds off his best to go sub 4.00 for the first time as a recorded 3.57.15 in 3rd place. Eoghan Murphy ran 4.24.35 for 3rd in the B race. Laura Tuite raced very well in the B race finishing 2nd in an almost photo finish in 4.50.51. Jenny Johnson after her busy weekend’s racing in Leinsters finished a tired 6th (4.57.47). in the c race Clodagh Galvin ran a 5.10.11 pb placing 3rd. Young Katie Halpin battled away in the C1 race 8th in 5.29.75.
