Clonliffe runner Cian McLoughlin ran an excellent 66:14 time to win the National Half Marathon in Dungarvan, Waterford on Sunday 31st August. The Senior Mens team won the Team event with a total of 208:03, followed by Limerick A.C. on 208:13 and Letterkenny A.C. with 209:46.

Dave Brennan was 49th overall and 4th in the Masters V2 class running an excellent 77:08 and Paddy Tuite 93rd overall and 9th in V2 with 82:56. As it happens, had we a 3rd Masters runner running inside 83 minutes, we would have had a gold for the Masters team as well!
