Dublin Juveniles Day 2: Hession completes 800/1500 double

Some more top notch performances from Clonliffe today at day 2 of the Dublin`s in Tallaght. Some great highlights today including an unbelievable finish to the U/16 boys 1500 by Joseph Hession. Joseph a front runner by trade found himself in second chasing as a gap opened to maybe 20m plus, at the bell he set off like the preverbal “Bat out of Hell” hitting the final straight he was still 15m in arrears but unbelievably thundered down the home straight to hit the front for the first time a mere 10m from the line and add gold to his 800 from last night. An excellent run also by Alex Hogan to take bronze.
