Efrem Gidey was the star Clonliffe turn in the NIA Abbotstown at today’s AAI Games running a new 3000 PB of 8.05.69 as he took first place. Oren Kenny also ran a PB going well under the 2 minute barrier as he won heat 3 in a fine 1.57.70. In the 60s Leo Morgan was 4th in 6.95 and Michael Deady 5th in his heat (7.32).
