Another brilliant run by Efrem Gidey tonight saw him absolutely demolish fellow Clonliffe Harriers Noel Cullen’s 22 year old Dunshaughlin 10K record. Efrem clocked a magnificent 28.15, over a minute inside the record and some 35 seconds ahead of 2nd place Hiko Tonosa (DSD), whilst winning the Michael Manning Memorial. Next in was Karl Nolan 43rd in 32.54, 46th and 2nd junior man was Niall Carbery (33.14) and Sean Doran 35.41 making up the scoring 4 that placed 2nd team.
