A brilliant run by Efrem Gidey in the Kilcock 10 mile this morning saw him record a time of 47.11, this despite loosing as much as 20 seconds due to a wrong turn, with a winning margin of 5 minutes. Next up is Efrem’s half marathon debut in the Great North Run.
