Efrem Gidey picked up where he left off with another top-class international performance. After his excellent 5th place in the U/23 European Cross country last week today he completed in the Corrida de Houilles 10K road race in Paris against a world-class field, there were 15 athletes on the start line who have broken 28 minutes for the distance. Efrem having gone through half way in 13.51 finish 9th in a new road PB of 28.13.
Meanwhile Tudor Mireca was 6th in the Drogheda and District 5k today in 15.49.
