Efrem Gidey had his first international race in Team Hoka colours today October 9th in Gromingen, The Netherlands in the 4 Mile de Wedstrijd. Efrem broke away from the pack at half way to come home in 1st place in a time of 17.51 (net 17.50).
Also overseas yesterday, the 8th, Jen Elvin was 10th in the Chiavenna-Lagunc Vertical Kilometer Run, Italy in a time of 42.44. This mountain race was run on Mule trails and is a 1k vertical height over a distance of 3,298m, rising from 352 meters to 1,352m.
