Emma Mitchell bounced back to winning ways in last night Lisburn 10k road race winning in 36.06 (Chip time – 35.48). Emma has been through period of injury of late so it’s fantastic to see her back training and racing well again.
Missed from last weekend’s roundup was Leah Bergin’s 2nd place over 400 in the Northern Ireland championships in a time of 55.82.
At tonight’s Clonee 10k Ger Clerkin 11th (34.46) with Sean Doran 13th (35.13). Also Maurice McCrohan 44.35, Dave Comiskey 45.03, Rachel Eustace 45.09, Carl Fleming 46.48, Colm Doran 50.36.
