Fit4Life Spring block comes to an end, Summer block coming soon.

The Clonliffe Harriers FIT4LIFE group finished up their latest training block in early April. Having started back at the turn of the New Year, a mixture of regulars and new joiners made up the Group of 40 or so members kept up the training all through late winter and early spring. A new addition for this term was the use of the track to train on Wednesday evenings, as availability allowed. This has been well received addition by the group who have come on leaps and bounds. Several of the group have tackled various parkruns, 10k races and even a few half marathons.

After a well-deserved social night in the club bar on the 16th of April and a break over the Easter holiday period, we resume training again as a group from the 28th of April. Training on Monday and Wednesday evenings, we cater for all ranges of beginners’ ability from walk/joggers to steady runners and everything in between. So, whether you’re an ex-runner looking to get going again or someone starting out entirely from scratch we’ve got a group for you.
