David Flynn clocked an excellent pb in the Marrakech half marathon, Morocco today of 64.32 to an 11th place finish. Flynner was also this week selected on the Irish team competing in the Armagh international 5k road race on February 14th.
Also on the roads (aside from Raheny) David Brady took in a hilly one…The Kerins O’Rahilly 10k in Tralee, so there’d be a hill or two, placing 15th in 38.28.
