After his fine run to place third scorer on the victorious Clonliffe team in last week`s Nationals Gary Murray carried his good form only six days later to Ormeau Park, Belfast. In yesterday`s Seeley Cup 10k Murray took an excellent win in 31.06 with a 5k half way split of 15.37.
