After Sergiu yesterday won his third Galway Bay Half Marathon it was Gary O`Hanlon`s turn today. Gary won his third Athlone Three Quarters Marathon in his fastest time: 1:45.12, some two and a half minutes faster than his 2013 winning time and faster also than his 2011 time. Both our road racing machines are in excellent shape for Dublin and will be in the hunt for National honours.
5th in Athlone was Dave Brady 2:02.07 with Anthony Flannery 9th in 2:06.07.
