Update on our Gary: he`s like a handy can of oil – 3 in 1. Three races last bankholiday weekend and finishing up with a win. First off Saturday, the 16th, Gary was 6th in the MSB St. Patrick`s 5k in 15.15. Sunday the 17th and Gary heads from Dublin up North to Downpatrick where he was 2nd in the Jimmy`s 10k (31.39). Then making it a third race in successive days Monday, the 18th, and the Dune Cross-Boarder Half Marathon, Dundalk to Newry, and a well deserved win in a time of 75.30. Unbelieveable.
A win also on Monday from Sergiu Ciobanu in the Borrisokane 10k (31.41)
