National Marathon champion Gary O`Hanlon won the Cork City Marathon this morning in a new course record of 2.21.09. Making it a Clonliffe Cork double was Sergiu Ciobanu winning the Half in 67.56. Also in the half Niall Gorman 81.17.
Also today the Leinster Track & Field Championships took place in Tullamore. The only Clonliffe results to hand are Orna McGinley winning a tactical battle to take the senior women`s 800 title and Niall Counihan successfully defending his Leinster triple jump. (any others text 0879599888)
