Over 80 starters went to the line for Round 6 of the Grand Prix Series, held on the ever popular trail route at Malahide. 15 stewards were on hand to ensure that the race ran smoothly.

Next Race:
Round 7 – Santry Demesne – Thursday, June 7th – O’Connor Cup – 4 Mile Grass Race. The O’Connor Cup is a fab 4 miler and is the only summer grass race in the series. If this glorious weather continues the ground should be good and firm, so trainers or racing shoes / spikes will be fine for this one. Look forward to seeing a big turnout.
Finally – Don’t forget that we will have a few presentations to make on the evening of Thursday, June 7th next, following the O’Connor Cup. The prizes for The Santry Mile – “The Guiden Trophy”, Kindly sponsored by Noel Guiden and The Mc Carrick Plate, 2.5 Mile race, will be made. We would encourage everyone who has taken part in the last few races to mark June 7th in your diary for the 4 miler, after race presentations, refreshments and post race chat. See you there !!!.
