At a very enjoyable AIT Grand Prix in Athlone last night Clonliffe`s Brian Gregan finished 2nd in his 400 behind World Champion Pavel Maslak (CZE) in a time of 47.62. Maslak having gotten off to a flyer flew around the track in 46.07.
Timmy Crowe recorded a time of 48.18 in Race 3 in 5th place in a race won by 2015 Morton Games 3rd place finisher Pat Feeney (USA) in 47.00.
Also competing last night was Chris Sibanda who again ran sub seven seconds for 60m, recording a time of 6.89 in his heat.
