In the final of the World Student Games Clonliffe’s European U/23 Silver medallist joined the elite of 400 running in recording a time of 45.98 in finishing in 5th place. All Summer Brian has been rewriting the club record books, twice in a day over 200 at the Nationals and now in China twice in two days over 400. Post race Brian is quoted on athleticsireland.ie “..set a new PB so I am really happy with that. I ran as hard as I could and to be with three other guys who also set PBs is a race to be proud of.” Well Brian your club mates in Santry are certainly proud of you.
