At the World Indoor Championships in Belgrade today Brian Gregan well and truly delivered on his return to the international stage running an excellent 47.07 in leg 3 of the 4 x 400. The team of Cillin Greene, Cathal Crosbie, Brian and Chris O’Donnell ran a new Irish Record of 3.08.63 and were agonizingly shy, 0.37, of making the final finishing 7th fastest in the heats and thus missed out by one place.
