Ian Guiden took in his first race on Canadian soil this morning in the Spring Run Off 8k in Toronto, part of the Canadian Running Series. It proved to be a pretty solid opening as he finished in 4th place in 24.37 on what was a very hilly course featuring the “Kill of the Hill” uphill 365m finish. The race was won by Canada’s Jeremy Coughler, a 13.37 5000 man, for the second successive year in 23.49.
