Ian Guiden had a very good run in the Patrick Bell 5k Road race in Bohermeen, Co. Meath this evening winning in a new course record, and PB, of 14.17. Ian lead from gun to tape running the finishing kick out of his pursuers, with Peter Somba (Dunboyne) 2nd and Conor Duffy(Glaslough Harriers) 3rd.
Last night, Thursday the 2nd Dave Brady was 5th in the Balbriggan Summer Fest 5k (17.58). On Tuesday the 30th the Government Servives BHAA Dunboyne 5 Mile took place where Tom Sherlock was 8th (26.43), Dave Brady 27th (28.42), Maura Matthews 84th (33.41), Yvonne McDonagh 167th (40.12).
