Jerry Kiernan, RIP (updated with arrangements)

Some touching tributes have been paid to Jerry over the past 24 hours. Clonliffe Harriers thank all who have contacted the club to express their condolences on Jerry’s passing.

Notice published on rip.ie: KIERNAN – January 21st 2021 (peacefully) at home. Jerry; dearly beloved son of the late Mary and Pat, devoted father to Patrick and Joseph, husband of Rosarie and much loved brother to Mike, Pádraig and Eileen. Sadly missed by his wife, sons, brothers, sister, his partner Ursula, brother-in-law Dennis, sisters-in-law Lorraine and Mary, nephews, nieces, best friends Murt and John and everyone at Clonliffe Harriers and Er Buchetto.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind and Dublin Zoo. Due to government advice regarding public gatherings, a private funeral will take place on Saturday (Jan 30th) at 4pm in the Victorian Chapel at Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross followed by cremation.
