It was a proud night for Jonny Whan at Sports City for tonight’s Manchester International as he wore the Northern Ireland vest for the first time. Jonny finished 4th in a tactical 1500 with a final lap dust up in a time of 4.00.56 as a single second covered the top four.
Missed over the weekend was Sean Doran’s 2nd place in Sunday’s Slane Castle 5K Trail Race in a time of 17.11 over a testing trail course.
