Karl Nolan clocked a magnificent new Marathon pb of 2.31.51 in Berlin this morning taking some 6 minutes off his previous best with negative splits of 77.34/73.17. A very emotional day for Maurice McCrohan running in memory of his wife Noeleen and fund raising for St. Francis Hospice, Maurice running 3.23.32. Also in Berlin Melisa Curran achieved a great mile stone by going sub 4 for the first time, an excellent 3.56.48.
