Mark Kenneally showed good form on the roads on Friday evening winning the St. Cocas 5k in Kildare in a nifty 14.24. Also back racing was Conor Healy 15th in 15.58. Another solid run also by Louise Reilly 18.28.

Finally on the weekend round up to Waterford where today, Sunday, new Harrier David Mansfield was 2nd in the Waterford Viking Half Marathon in 70.53.
