Mark Kenneally ran 14.20 in tonight`s 5k Armagh International Road Race. It was a high quality race with Mark placing 19th. Post race he posted on twitter; “14.20 tonight in armagh,really positive step.was expecting somewhat slower than that so very satisfied.”
