With the new indoor facility at Athlone IT it means that this evening December 18th the 2014 Indoor season has gotten underway! The AIT Baseline Track and Field attracted a number of Clonliffe athletes tonight. Kris Valters make a winning start with a fine win in the 600m in 1.19.68 with Mark McDonald 4th in 1.22.17. Mark was chased home by Andriu Jenkinson 1.22.94. In the 3000m Edgars Sumskis ran a time of 8.39.76 to finish 2nd with Mounir Bouzzine 5th in 9.11.58.
