Newly minted Clonliffe Harrier Marcus Lawler made it a double debut win in the Clonliffe colours at the Mary Peters’ Track in Belfast this afternoon in the City of Lisburn AC Invitational. Marcus took the 100 win in a solid 10.61 and later was well clear of the field from the bend in the 200 crossing the line in 21.13. That puts Marcus no. 2 on the Clonliffe all time list in both events, behind Jeremy Phillips 100 10.35 and Brian Gregan’s 21.05 200.
