Cathal mcHale, as a result of his excellent run in Sunday’s Autumn Cross Country, has been selected for the Irish Master’s team for next month’s British and Irish Masters Cross Country. Cathal has been selected on the M35 team for the race which takes place on November 16th in Belfast.
